Rolling storage cabinet removes all from your suitcase or backpacks and clears an area to begin packing. From a clean area, keep track of everything happening in your luggage. Roll T-shirts from placing them flat and folded in arms and a few inches on each side to create a rectangle, as if you were about to fold them to put on a shelf. Start your neck and roll the folded T-shirt tightly just like you would roll a yoga mat. Roll the pants by laying them flat and folding them halfway, with one leg over the other. From the bottom, roll them up as if you rolled a tall yogamatta.

Do not fold them in half another way because you will have a crunch on your knees. Rolling storage cabinet from folding the sleeves in as you do with a T-shirt, but downward so that you look at the back. Start rolling downwards and up to the collar. This way the buttons are turned outwards so that the collar ends on the outside of the reel and is not shortened inside.  Roll all your ties, belts and scarves in a spiral and put in shoes for protection and to save space. Pack all your tightly rolled pants first and then pack all rolled shirts in around them.

Even small things like lingerie and socks can be rolled to save space. You can fit many more rolled items than if you were trying to pack them flat. If you travel frequently, you have probably had the experience of trying to pack two weeks for a value of clothes in a week bag, or even a couple of days for a value in an overnight bag. Even worse, you may have had experience displaying at your destination with a bag full of wrinkled clothes. You can fight both of these issues at once. Roll your clothes rather than folding them helps save space and reduce wrinkles.

Make up all the zippers and buttons on the clothes. This includes not only shirts, but also pants, skirts and sweaters.  Fold a pair of pants in length. Begin at the bottom; roll tight until you reach the top. Repeat this process for each pair of pants you want to take.
