Commercial beverage cooler are used for a variety of purposes, and for cooling many different products. Two common types of coolers are the flower cooler and beverage cooler. Both these types of radiators can be seen in supermarkets and flower shops, and many are also in the back room for storage. Flowers and beverage coolers are used for different purposes, and so they have different cooling systems.

Types of Coolers

Flowers and commercial beverage cooler are available in a variety of models with different functions. Both types of coolers are made in walk-in and now-in styles. The walk-in models are much larger and are meant to be used more for storage than for exposure of goods. Reach-in coolers come with various door options, including a sliding door and a door that you open. Either type of cooler can be tailored to fit a certain space. Beverage cooler, however, comes in an additional model not found in floral coolers; the commercial beer cooler opens from a sliding door on top.

Remove all content stored in commercial beverage cooler. Some beverages can be dispensed for a certain period of time, while others, such as milk, must be moved to another cooler. Check all parts of the radiator when starting the inspection. According to the Refrigeration Guide website, the condenser and evaporator coils should be cleaned and checked for breaks. Check the fan and filter to make sure they work properly. Replace all necessary parts to check the refrigerant level.

According to the EPA website, a common problem with commercial beverages is coolers as the refrigeration level is allowed to be too low. To solve the problem, the refrigerant level must be corrected to charge Freon in the radiator, which is responsible for cooling the machine and drinking the contents. Remove the compressor cover and install a saddle valve on the large copper pipe in the compressor. Connect a cold valve adapter to the end of the saddle valve, which will then be connected to the can of the refrigerant by using a charging hose.

Turn on the cooler to make sure it is working properly after the refrigerant level has been adjusted. According to the EPA website, the manometer should read between 25 and 45 psi if the refrigerant is charged appropriately Freon in commercial drink cooler. Refill cooler and perform routine maintenance checks to avoid future problems. When the refrigerant level is adjusted and the Freon level is charged, the refrigerator lines and the coil cannot frost on them.
