Rollup garage door – Changing your garage door rollers is not a difficult project and will keep your garage door running smoothly. Remove the nuts securing the bolt through the garage door roller hinge with a 7/16 inch wrench if your door is made of wood. Tap the bolt through with a hammer to strike the bolt through flush with the hinge. Pull the hinge with the roller on the garage door. Pull the old roller out of the roller hinge of the door hinge. Insert the new roller shaft into the hinge roller sleeve. Insert the roller wheel into the garage doorway and align the hinge mounting holes with the original door of the mounting holes. Then replace the self drilling screws to secure the door hinge if the door is steel.
Attach the locking nuts on the bolts through with the wrench. Attach a ladder to one side of the garage door so that it can reach the top rollup garage door. Remove the nut holding the adjustable roller cover for the bracket in a higher way. Then remove the bolt and pull the sleeve with the roller on the garage door. Remove the old roller and place the new roller in the sleeve. Insert the track roller wheel and connect the adjustable sleeve to the top of the top support. Insert the locking screw through the bottom of the sleeve and attach the clamp sleeve by tightening the nut on the bolt. Repeat the same procedure for the opposite top roller.

You can install new brackets on your roller door without professional assistance. Close the rollup garage door if it remains open. Then check the door rails. Operating the roll-up garage door depends on the rollers along the rails that move the door up and down. Brackets along the door guide rollers along its path, ensuring smooth operation. Use an adjustable wrench to remove the bolts holding one of the brackets in place, then slide the old door rail bracket.
Furthermore, remove any other brackets along the door rails using an adjustable wrench. If the brackets were not previously removed, being careful to mark the positions of each bracket during extraction. Place a spare mounting bracket in one of the areas previously occupied by an old bracket. Insert the screws that come with the holder with its miserable adjustable and turning it clockwise until the screw is tight.
